Self-exclusion Policy

This Self-Exclusion Policy explains the voluntary self-exclusion mechanism available to a player registered with Jl99, the effects on access to the Platform, the duration options, and the process to terminate self-exclusion or obtain assistance.

Making a Self-Exclusion Request

2. Duration options: Exclusion periods may be requested for a fixed term from 24 hours up to permanent, including defined terms such as 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinite (permanent).

3. Processing and effect: Upon confirmation, the player’s account will be suspended immediately for the requested period. During the exclusion, the player will be prevented from accessing gambling activities on the Platform, and promotional communications will be suppressed for the duration.

Effectiveness and Enforcement

1. Immediate suspension: Once the self-exclusion request is processed, access to the Platform is blocked for the duration of the selected term.

2. Promotions: The player will not receive promotional material or communications related to the Platform during the self-exclusion period.

3. Liability and breach: Jl99 shall not be liable for losses arising from attempts to access the Platform during the exclusion period through third-party or indirect methods not sanctioned by Jl99.

Ending Self-Exclusion

1. Automatic reactivation: At the end of the exclusion period, the player’s account is automatically reactivated and normal access resumes.

2. Early termination: A player may request termination before expiry. Such termination becomes effective after a cooling-off period of 24 hours during which reconsideration is possible.

3. Restrictions during exclusion: While self-excluded, the player may not open a new account, deposit, or wager. If a new account is opened or deposits are attempted, the activity will be blocked and funds remain inaccessible. Bets placed prior to the exclusion may remain valid and will settle according to official results.

4. Extensions: If the player wishes to extend the self-exclusion, a new request may be submitted to the official Support channel.
